CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 75(FIN)                           
An Act relating to vehicle theft and the consequences of vehicle               
theft, including revocation of a driver's license, privilege to drive, or      
privilege to obtain a license; amending Rule 32.1, Alaska Rules of             
Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date was read               
the third time.                                                                
                                                                               
Senators Ellis, Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that they              
be shown as cross sponsors on the bill.  Without objection, it was
